Welcome to ROLA, our signature farm to table restaurant led by chef Gaizka Goikoetxea Larrauri. Open to hotel guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we also have a small number of tables open to the public for lunchtime reservations from Tuesday to Saturday, with advance booking.

Our Chef: Gaizka Goikoetxea Larrauri
A lover of rowing, soccer and cycling or mountain biking, Gaizka is a family lover. He has forged his experience in the kitchen for years, having always delved into the traditional cuisine of Basque gastronomy. A career that has led him to always work as a freelancer in places like the municipal taverns of Gamiz-Fika and Arrieta, and now finally in Bermeo, his hometown. His time at the Zuberoa restaurant marks the current culinary facet of the ROLA restaurant in which he combines flavor, tradition and freshness.

- Reservations by phone or by email must receive a confirmation from the restaurant.
- Collection: no prior collections are made. The credit card is validated and the data is available as a guarantee.
- Menu and letter: the menus and dishes of our letter are not modified. We do not have a vegetarian or vegan menu. Tasting menu or à la carte service for a full table.
- Tasting Menu: reserved at the latest 24 hours before the service. Otherwise, there will only be the option of eating à la carte.
- The menus and menus do not include drinks.
- Diners: we have 4 tables and they can be reduced according to the number of diners. We recommend the attendance of children from 6 years old. Pets are not accepted except guide dogs.
