In the Basque Country you don't play with food. We like to eat well and the whole world recognizes it. And we like to do it with our couple or friends, with family, with the crew. Because eating is celebrating, and doing it well is a duty.
The Nafarrola Hotel is our home, and we eat well at home. When you come to our house it will be as if you sat at our table. You will taste tomatoes or seasonal vegetables, organic eggs for breakfast or dinner, smoked salmon in our oven and even if you want to participate in a showcooking you can hire it. Of course, don't ask us about the recipes, because in Nafarrola the food is no joke.
We don't know what others do and we don't care. We promise that every dish we put in front of you will have as much love as it does flavor.

A breakfast unlike any other... artisan sweets, selected fruit, juices, organic eggs, Iberian sausages and the best selection of drinks to start the day off in the best possible way. Exclusive for guests.
Dinner
Every day, from 7:30 p.m., the dinner service is exclusively for guests. A selection of dishes made from organic raw materials and km0 products that will delight our visitors.
